Marie Claire Keague is an Irish born artist, and mother of two. Much traveled during childhood and adulthood, she has lived in the Middle East, the UK, Swaziland, Australia and Belgium. A Fine Art Graduate, Marie Claire has had numerous group shows in Dublin and South Africa, and solo exhibitions in Dublin and Brussels. She has also completed many private commissions. Her debut book "The Adventures of Gertie" was her first foray into children's literature/illustration, inspired by her two book-loving children. Her second children's book "Marvellous Miro" is about a brave, hard-working and courageous frog.
